Shipping Policy
Nature's Specialties & WeMakeMoreScents.com strive to ship all orders within 14 days of receiving them. However, please allow up to four weeks to make and ship the order.Nature's Specialties Soy Products ships via the United States Post Office (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Insurance is not included in the S&H price for the USPS. This must be added separately, during the checkout process, if desired.
In an effort to save our customers money on shipping, Nature's Specialties reserves the right to upgrade the shipping service from a "USPS Priority" or a "UPS Ground" service to a "USPS Flat Rate" box only if your shipping total would be decreased by doing so. All orders can be changed unless specifically directed not to in the comments section. Orders requesting "2nd day" or "overnight service" do not qualify for the discounted "Flat Rate" service and will not be changed.
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost as necessary within $5 without notification. Due to the nature of the shipping estimator sometimes the estimate given may be more or less than is actually required. If the shipping price estimate is off more than $5 you will be contacted before your order is billed to your credit card. Your credit card will not be processed until your order is shipped. If you have any concerns about the cost of your shipping, please note it in the comment box during checkout and we will verify your shipping cost before your order is submitted for processing.
Return Policy
All sales are final at www.wemakemorescents.com & Nature's Specialties Soy Products. If a return is needed for a fundraiser please call the owner, Christina Gamet, at 1-800-804-3289.
Exchanges are allowed but Nature's Specialties Soy Products will not pay S & H to do so and product must be in perfect condition. Exchanges are not allowed on any products that have been lit or used.
